Welcome to Temp Mail. These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Temp Mail iOS app and related web pages. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Temp Mail provides temporary email address creation, inbox refresh, message viewing, local inbox management, and Premium features. Temporary email is intended for short-term, low-sensitivity use and should not be used as the primary email address for important long-term accounts.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Temp Mail for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, spam-related, automated, risk-evasion, or service-disrupting activity. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate abnormal or abusive use.
3. Email Availability
Temporary email addresses and messages may expire, be delayed, be filtered, or become unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee that any address, message, verification code, or third-party signup flow will always work.
4. Premium and Subscriptions
Premium may provide additional inboxes, faster refresh, or other advanced features. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled under Apple App Store rules. You can cancel auto-renewal from your Apple ID subscription settings.
5. Local Data and Devices
Your temporary addresses and some app state may be stored on the current device. Changing devices, uninstalling the app, clearing system data, or server-side policy changes may make data unrecoverable.
6. Intellectual Property
The Temp Mail interface, text, icons, code, and brand elements are protected by applicable laws. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer non-open-source portions of the app.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for your specific purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use Temp Mail, including account signup failures, lost verification codes, delayed messages, or data loss.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date on this page.
