1. Information We Handle
Temp Mail does not require you to create an account. The app privacy manifest declares no user tracking and no collected data types. To provide core functionality, the app may store temporary email addresses, mailbox cache, language preferences, onboarding state, and Premium access state locally on your device.
2. Temporary Email and Message Content
When you create a temporary address or refresh an inbox, the app connects to a temporary email service API to generate addresses, retrieve message lists, and display message content. Sender information, subjects, bodies, verification codes, and attachments may originate from third-party mail servers. Do not use temporary inboxes for highly sensitive information.
3. Local Storage
The app may use SQLite, UserDefaults, and Keychain to keep necessary data on your device, such as mailbox records, language selection, onboarding completion, and Premium access state. This data is used to preserve app continuity.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
If you purchase Premium, transactions are handled by Apple App Store and subscription service providers. We do not receive your full payment card number. Subscription status, product details, and restore results may be used to determine whether Premium access is active.
5. Third-Party Services
The app may use a temporary email service API, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, and Firebase core services when configured. These services may process necessary technical data according to their own privacy policies.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is processed or shared only as needed to provide app functionality, complete purchases, comply with legal requirements, or investigate security and technical issues.
7. Retention and Deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, uninstall the app, or clear related data through system settings. Server-side retention for temporary inboxes may be short and is determined by the temporary email service policy.
8. Children’s Privacy
Temp Mail is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us through the in-app Feedback option or by email.
